Use browser tab capture when the video is not saved locally

If the content is streaming in Chrome rather than saved as a file, the browser-tab audio capture workflow may be a better fit.

Use upload when you want the cleanest post-processing route

Saved video files are usually the best path when you care about a stable input, transcript retries, and later export. Browser capture is still useful, but upload stays closer to the original media.
