Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the GTPlive assistant Chrome extension and related services provided by GOLDEN WAGON LTD.

1. The service

The service provides automated transcription of audio, video, and browser-tab audio selected or recorded by you. Transcripts are generated by automated systems and should be reviewed before being used for important decisions.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and meet the minimum age required in your country. Google sign-in may be required for purchases and account-based benefits.

3. Your content and recording responsibilities

You must own or have permission to upload and transcribe content. You are responsible for obtaining any consent legally required to record speakers or browser-tab audio.

4. Plans, credits, and subscriptions

One transcription job normally consumes one credit. A failed job returns its unused reserved credit. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the Stripe Customer Portal.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Refund and cancellation rights are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, and mandatory consumer rights continue to apply where required by law.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, rate-limit, or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, security, provider outages, abuse prevention, legal requirements, or commercial reasons.
