Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how GOLDEN WAGON LTD processes information when you use the GTPlive assistant Chrome extension and related support and billing services.
1. Information we process
- Audio or video files you deliberately select for transcription.
- Audio from the active browser tab only after you start recording.
- Generated transcript text, file names, job status, duration, and technical processing metadata.
- A randomly generated installation identifier used for quotas, reliability, and abuse prevention.
- Your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile image when you choose Google sign-in.
- Subscription status, credit balances, and Stripe customer, transaction, invoice, and payment-status identifiers.
- Support messages and image attachments you choose to submit.
- Limited diagnostic information described below.
2. Audio uploads and transcription
Selected files and browser-tab recordings are uploaded over HTTPS to private temporary cloud storage. Temporary cloud audio is deleted after processing completes or fails, and object storage lifecycle rules provide the cleanup safeguard for abandoned uploads.
3. Google sign-in and Google Docs
Google sign-in is optional unless you use account-based or paid features. When you choose Google Docs export, the extension requests the limited scope needed to create the document in your Google Drive workflow.
4. Payments and billing
Payments are processed by Stripe. The extension and backend do not receive or store full payment card numbers or card security codes.
5. Local browser storage
The extension stores recent transcript records in Chrome local storage so you can revisit recent jobs. Browser-tab recordings may also be stored locally for playback and retry workflows.
6. Diagnostics and support
When a feature fails, the extension may send a limited diagnostic report designed not to include audio, transcript text, file names, Google access tokens, payment card details, or API keys. Support messages are processed only to provide support, protect users, and operate the service.
What this means in practice
The product is designed so that recording and upload actions happen only after the user starts them. Local history stays in the browser for convenience, while cloud audio used for processing is treated as temporary operational data rather than permanent storage.
